I have made no plans and have been avoiding Linz like the plague. Love the girl but need a break. The plans she wants to make are a bit crazy. Always over night trips and such. It's a birthday of friend of hers and she want to go to Pasadena to party (over 40 miles away). I would prefer to stay local. So... I am. If I go out cool. If not... whatever.

Plus I want to check out C@p0te. It's playing at Lido. Going to movies solo can be lonely but I always enjoy myself.

I am so embarassed. I've turned into a crackberry. Crackberries are people obsessed with Bl@ckberries. And NOT ONLY am I constantly texting, I also use the blu3t00th. Yup, I'm walking around with the ear thing. I love it while driving. And it seems the only time people can really hear me clearly is when using it. But I'm still an asshole.

At least I know it.

I finally got into work mode yesterday. Made a ton of calls and set up lots of meetings. I better get the promotion. Funny, eh, how one minute I'm thinking I'm getting fired and the next promoted. That's how this industry is. POLITICS. If your boss guns for your dissmissal... then you are toast. So as always I reached out to others higher in the coporate food chain. "Just checking in."

The Boss has been overstepping into my area and pissing sales reps off. He shouldn't slap hands if he doesn't know what he is talking about. And he never knows what he is talking about. Typical Boss.

But my attitude hasn't changed. If I lose my job I always have a back up. My old boss calls me every month or so to see if I'm happy. I would love to work for him again but I would take a 15K pay cut and NO EXPENSE ACCOUNT. I can't handle that!!

But I really want the regional position. It's more of a stay at home and travel sometimes job and not a street sales job. I'm OVER the daily grind.

I have a meeting next week (drinks at 3 pm...I love my industry) with a sales rep who USE to be in the ADULT entertainment industry. As a performer. Ha!! And he's hot. I've never seen hot guys in porn. I've met him a few times but it will be the first time I need to have a serious discussion. The entire conversation I'll be playing that music in the back of my head!

Time to go to work!!
